I’m Xanthi, the founder of Empowered Young Minds and a qualified Peaceful Kids Facilitator, passionate about making wellbeing a positive and meaningful part of children’s everyday lives.
Through my wellbeing workshops and experience working with primary school students, I’ve seen the value of giving children opportunities to recognise their strengths, understand their emotions and develop skills that support them beyond the classroom.
At Empowered Young Minds, my approach brings together mindfulness, movement and creative experiences, making wellbeing engaging, accessible and empowering while helping children develop skills they can carry with them throughout life.
As a mum of two, I’ve always believed in the importance of helping children recognise their strengths, believe in themselves and develop the confidence to navigate life’s ups and downs.
My journey into wellbeing began with Empowered to Thrive, supporting women as they navigate life’s transitions, rediscover their self-worth and develop a stronger sense of belonging.
My personal journey strengthened my passion for children’s emotional wellbeing and inspired me to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives by helping them develop essential wellbeing skills from an early age. Together with my experience working with primary school students, this led to the creation of Empowered Young Minds.
My vision is to make wellbeing a positive and meaningful part of children’s everyday lives, empowering them with the self-belief, emotional awareness and practical skills to navigate challenges, embrace opportunities and thrive as they grow.
Because the foundations we build today can shape the lives of tomorrow.
